Most items start at one pallet for a trial order and one 20ft container for a regular order. Mixed containers across several items are possible — tell us the item list and we build the loading plan.

T/T with a deposit on order confirmation and the balance against shipping documents. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Terms are fixed in the sales contract before production starts.

30–45 days from purchase order to departure for stock items, longer when new labels or OEM packaging are produced. Sea transit is 2–4 days to Chinese ports and around 9 days to Bangkok.

Yes. We design the Chinese label with the manufacturer, check it against GB 7718 requirements including the 2025 revision, and confirm ingredient and nutrition wording before printing.

Yes — private label and OEM development are a core service. We match the recipe and pack format to your market, arrange samples, and register the manufacturer where the destination requires it.

Sample cartons are sent by courier. Sample cost and freight are quoted first and are credited against your first commercial order.

Export declaration, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the Korea–China FTA certificate of origin. Health certificates and test reports are added per product and destination.

Exclusivity is discussed per market and per brand, normally after the first shipments and against an agreed annual volume. It is documented in a separate distribution agreement.
