Inquiry

Send product, quantity, destination port and whether OEM is needed.

Reply within 1–2 business days

We confirm supply price and MOQ with the manufacturer and issue a quotation with your Incoterms.

FOB / CIF / EXW available

Samples shipped for quality and label review, with Chinese label draft attached where relevant.

Courier, freight at cost

Contract signed, production lot scheduled, pre-shipment testing completed.

30–45 days typical

Export declaration, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin issued; forwarder books the container.

Documents prepared in-house

Your importer clears customs; we respond to any query or document correction from customs.

Claim support with the manufacturer

Tell us the product and destination port — we will come back with a quotation.
