How we handle buyer information, quotations and this website. For contract terms of a specific shipment, the signed sales contract governs.

Use of this website
Product specifications, transit times and prices shown here are indicative and for buyer reference. Binding figures are issued in a written quotation and confirmed in the sales contract for each order.

Buyer information we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect company name, country, contact person, email, messenger ID and the details of your request. We use them only to prepare your quotation and to correspond about the shipment.

Retention and sharing
Inquiry records are kept while the trading relationship is active and for the period required by Korean commercial and customs law. Where a quotation requires it, the necessary details are shared with the manufacturer, customs broker or forwarder handling your order, and with no one else.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you sent us at any time by writing to export@epiks.kr. We act on the request within the period set by applicable law.

Brand names, product images and label artwork shown here belong to EPIKS or to the manufacturers we represent, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written consent.
